dannypam > There is no shortage of enthusiastic students enjoying the new classrooms.
dannypam > The foundation was able to purchase a small plot of land adjacent to the school for use as garden, which the children plant and tend.
dannypam > The first day of the 2007-2008 school year brought 420 students to the school with the addition of a fifth grade class.
dannypam > In the summer of 2008 the school hosted a special guest. Lindsey Spitler, Danny Spitler's daughter visited the school as she toured through Thailand and Cambodia
dannypam > As the 07-08 school year came to a close we started a new tradition of awarding a nice bicycle to our top students.
dannypam > Meng Senghor is from a single parent family and she works hard at her lessons, and was the top fifth grade student in 2007-2008. She received a brand new bicycle for her performance.
dannypam > In November of 2008 Danny & Pam returned to the school, accompanied by other members of the Spitler family.
dannypam > At a school ceremony the Cambodian government presented gold medals and certificates of appreciation to Danny and Pam Spitler. Awards were also presented to Danny's father, Irvin and sister, Kay. Also accompanying the group were family friends Melissa Fox and Cheryl Turner.
dannypam > New additions to the school included outdoor concrete benches donated by Irvin Spitler and Cheryl Turner.
